Product Availability and Delivery

We strive to ensure that all our products are available for purchase; however, in the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and provide a suitable alternative or a refund.
2. We make every effort to deliver your purchased products within 2-5 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays or issues related to your delivery.
Payment Methods
1. We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience, including bank transfers, adding items to your cart, and cash on delivery.
2. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information. In the case of bank transfers, add to card, please ensure that the payment is made within the specified timeframe to avoid cancellation of your order.
Damaged Products
1. In the event that a product may be damaged during delivery, please contact our customer support team within three days of receiving the product.
2. Upon verification of the damage, You must give us that product within 5 days. After that, we will return your new product to you within 2-3 days.
Refund Policy
1. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within three days of receiving the product. Refunds do not apply to digital products.
2. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team. Once your refund request is approved, you must return the product to us within five days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not returned within the specified timeframe or if it is not in its original condition. c.
